About Newborn Sessions
I know what a mixed bag the newborn stage can be. It’s so many things. It’s beautiful. It’s exhausting. It’s fulfilling. It’s draining. It’s such a whirlwind that it’s impossible to even put it all into words until you experience it. And I feel that it’s so important to document this very precious time because your baby will never be this little again.
I can tell you one thing, your newborn session with me will be a relaxing and easy experience. I have all the things you need in my studio other than your baby and some milk. Forget your diapers? I got you. Paci? Check. Need a snack and some coffee? I’ve got you covered.
My sessions last anywhere from an hour and a half for baby-only sessions, to 3 hours for a family and baby session. I play spa music and you can sit back and relax while I take care of everything else. I have so many clients who leave the studio saying they can’t believe how easy everything was.
Do you have other kiddos? There is a park across the street if you need to entertain any older siblings after they finish their pics. There is also a vast variety of kid-friendly restaurants and shops all within a few blocks from the studio.
Newborn life can be hard, your newborn session doesn’t need to be.

The Process
After our photo session, it will take 2-3 weeks to receive your photos on an online gallery. From the gallery, you can select the number of photos included in the package you chose.
If you would like to purchase more than the allotted number of photos, they are available for $35 per photo, or a discounted rate to purchase the entire gallery of photos. If you purchase the entire gallery, you also get a bonus of a custom box of prints from your session.
Upon checkout, you will receive an email with a link to download your photos. I highly suggest you take the time to download these onto your computer and back them up into a cloud to protect them. If you don’t do it right away, time flies away and we forget.
The online gallery allows you to order prints, albums and any other physical form of the photos. You’re also free to print the photos elsewhere. I don’t mind where you print them, but PLEASE print them. Put them on your walls. In an album. On a luggage tag. I don’t care how. But don’t let them just sit on your computer. Your kids will someday (hopefully) thank you!

• Photos of your family at home with focus on natural, candid photos with your new baby (we do not “pose” the baby)
• I do not provide props or backgrounds, instead we use items in your home for a more authentic feel to the photos

Newborns are my heart. I love everything about newborn sessions. I love documenting every tiny detail of the baby - those beautiful eyelashes, tiny nose, sweet little lips. They grow and change so quickly and that newborn fog makes you forget those things so quickly. It’s so important to capture this stage of life because it’s so fleeting. They will never be this little again.
The Studio

The studio is on the second floor, so please keep this in mind when scheduling around your recovery if necessary.
